In May 2014 “A Companion to the Meuse-Argonne Campaign” was released.  It was edited by Edward G. Lengel and published by Wiley Blackwell.  Similar to other publications in the publisher’s Companions to History Series, the book covers a wide range of topics related to the battle, its significance, and lessons learned.  These are organized into 29 chapters; each written by knowledgeable researchers on their respective topics.

The webmaster has written two chapters:  The first chapter covering the 111^th (German) Infantry Regiment against the 35^th and 1^st Divisions AEF and the second chapter covering the 459^th (German) Infantry Regiment against various divisions near Cunel.  A German friend, Markus Klauer, also wrote on the German High Command.
